Before you order

Please type your engraving exactly as you want it, including capital letters and spaces. Want a small symbol like a heart or star? Add it in your note and we'll match it as closely as possible. We'll confirm the spelling with you before your necklace is made. Because it's personalised just for you, it can't be returned for change of mind. If it arrives faulty or not as ordered, we'll put it right.

Caring for your necklace

Gold plating lasts longest when it's kept away from perfume, lotion, chlorine and cleaning products. Take it off to shower or swim, wipe it with a soft dry cloth and store it on its own in a dry place.
